Last Friday my co worker's mom went in for a basic surgery & on Sunday they found out she had stage 4 pancreatic cancer & was given ONE year to live. No chemo. No Surgery. Nothing.
I am just asking for prayers, her name is Sandy & she is 60 years young.
I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through. Really puts things in perspective.
Please just squeeze in an extra one for this family.

Hi doll. Found you on 20SB. I'm so sorry to hear about your Friends Mother. Cancer is a terrible disease. Did they get a second opinion? Could be worth it. My Fiances Mother was diagnosed this year with stage 4 bile duct cancer that spread to the liver. She went through chemo and it didn't work. The cancer spread to her lungs as well. She has been given 6 months. Right now we are just enjoying the time we have with her now. She is 44 years young. It does indeed put things in perspective though. I hate cancer!
